This not only governs the way we live our lives on a daily basis, but also influences how we treat our valuable customers, such as your fine self.
For example: If you receive an item that is faulty, that’s a problem, and we will fix it! We’ll do something really simple that involves the least amount of hassle, like send you another item, or take that one back from you and refund it. Simples.
Another example: You’ve changed your mind, or the item you’ve purchased doesn’t fit.
Fear not my good (wo)man. We will assist you! Provided you have purchased the item within the last 7 days and it’s still in brand new condition, just send it back and we’ll give you another. Or if you’ve lost all faith in our ability to satisfy your needs, we’ll give you a refund. Sorted.
In this infinitely complex and unjust world, there are most definitely at least a few more things that can and will go wrong, but the important thing to remember is that we’re all in this together. Keep calm, give us a shout, and we’ll do something about it.
Oh, and it’s better not to send anything back to us without letting us know first. Otherwise, things can easily descend into chaos.
